South East Cornwall's THREE Liberal Democrat Cornwall Councillors ... Left to Right, Cllr Jim Candy (Looe West, Pelynt, Lansallos and Lanteglos), Cllr Hilary Frank (Saltash Essa), Cllr Colin Martin (Lostwithiel)!

And of course, Colin Martin is also the Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate for South East Cornwall!
